Returns/Refund Policy

To be eligible for return/refund, please email us at info@gjglamor.com with the following details within 7 days of receiving the shipment:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Email Address
  3. Order Number
  4. ID, Number of items returning and Quantity
  5. Reason for return

** All the above mentioned 5 information are mandatory.

All returns are accepted as long as the request is made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved, we will generate a USPS prepaid return label and email it to you. You need to print the label, attach it to any box or package, and return the item. Once received, we will process the return and issue the refund back to the original payment method as soon as we inspect the returned item/s.
