Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 15 Days | Free
  • Expedited Shipping: 05 Days | Costs an extra $15

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays for international shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
    • If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and your order details when contacting us.

    Changes to Shipping Address

    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address, but changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
